Myofascial Release

I offer a variety of soft tissue techniques — Active Release, Fascial Manipulation, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, and IASTM. Ideal for muscle strains, adhesions, and fascia-related pain.

Chiropractic

We use manual adjustments to the spine and joints, guided by Motion Palpation, blending Gonstead and Diversified methods to restore optimal motion and reduce pain.

Dry Needling

Our neurologic dry needling targets trigger points and nerve pain with precision, minimizing discomfort. Great for headaches, muscle knots, and chronic conditions.

Functional Rehabilitation

We begin with breathing mechanics and stabilization, then advance with exercises using bodyweight, kettlebells, or barbells.

                                                                                                      

Pricing & Fees

Single Visit Pricing

New Patient Visit – $49 (LIMITED TIME)
60 minute visit that includes a consultation, review of systems, physical examination, and initial treatment. (LIMITED TIME ONLY - Normally $125)

Full Office Visit – $85
30 minute appointment combining chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue release, and rehabilitative exercise for comprehensive musculoskeletal care.

Half Office Visit – $60
15 minute session focusing on one therapy—chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, or myofascial release.

Monthly Pricing

Initial Care Plan

$250/month

  • Designed for the initial phase of care
  • In-Office visits or Online Coaching
  • Unlimited visits/month*

*We recommend no more than 2 visits/week to allow for proper tissue healing and recovery between visits. 

Maintenance Plan

$150/month

  • Designed for maintenance and follow-up visits beyond the initial phase of care
  • 2 Full Office Visits per month
  • Additional visits can be purchased for $60 each
  • Can be shared with Spouse or other family members

    Receive and fill out our online New Patient Intake Form before your visit for a smooth start.

  3. Your First Visit

    Expect a thorough review of your case, a full examination, treatment, and suggested at-home strategies all on day one.
